Plated Table Service Menu
All dishes are served to the guest's tables on three-tiered stands, with guests serving themselves from their own table buffet. This is a fantastic and communal way to eat, encouraging a lot of interaction amongst your guests.
Soup
- Classic pumpkin soup with creme fraiche & fresh chives (V,G)

Entree
- Caesar salad with chicken
- Smoked salmon rosettes finished with wild roquette and a lemon, caper & parsley vinaigrette (G)
- Hoi Sin pork and apple salad on crispy wonton
- Caramelised onion & Persian fetta tart (V)
- Prawn & rocket aioli mille feuille
- Thai beef salad; Cold marinated thinly sliced beef with a salad of crispy noodles, fried shallots, peanuts, mixed leaves and finished with a hot & sour sauce
- Baked pumpkin with pistachio and cranberry pilaf (V,G)
- Seasonal Anti Pasto (individually plated or on a share platter to the table)
Mains
- Oven roasted breast of chicken on garlic infused white bean puree, wilted spinach &rosemary oil (GF)
- Beef medallions with Paris mash, glazed carrots &port wine jus
- Fillet of Atlantic salmon on roasted potato, chorizo &tapenade salad
- Duck confit in star anise broth with Asian greens
- Roast barramundi fillet on slow cooked fragrant white bean stew with garlic aioli (GF)
- Baked parmesan polenta with mushroom ragu and herb mascarpone (V, GF)
- Braised Pork belly, prawn stuffed Ho Fun noodle, star anise broth, topped with bean shoot salad *
- Twice cooked lamb rack, sweet potato gratin, asparagus spears &Shiraz infused jus *
