We’ve designed a cocktail package which includes everything you need!

2 Hour Food & Beverage Package – $65.00 per person

5 canape items, 1 substantial item and 2 hour beverage package, Wait staff, bar service, travel, kitchen and bar equipment included.

Caramelised onion and Yarra Valley Persian fetta tartlets with thyme (V)
Buckwheat and nori pancake with smoked salmon, apple, radish, mirin and soy dressing (G)
Bruschetta: tomato, basil, bocconcini, olive crumb (V)
Basil pesto arancini balls with aioli (V)
The Essential Caterer fried chicken with chipotle mayonnaise

Beef braise: Slow braised coconut, ginger, sweet potato mash (G)

Basil crusted salmon fillet, kipfler & avocado salad, crème fraiche dressing
Crumbed mushroom; charred vegetable salad with roasted capsicum mayonnaise (V)

Terms & Conditions:

Book prior to October 31st to receive this early bird special. Minimum of 40 guests, surcharges apply for smaller numbers.
Additional charges for subsequent items, and time extensions. Monday to Friday bookings only, surcharges apply for weekends and public holidays. Offer does not apply to existing bookings.
Applicable to events booked and held between 31st October – 23rd December 2017.
